Payment: Serum Tears are available in three size packages. 8 ($295), 12 ($345), or 14 ($395) sterile 5 mL vials. Payment is due before your blood draw. We accept Cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and HSA Cards to make treatment more accessible and convenient for patients.
Processing: Your blood sample is processed in a sterile lab setting where a small vial of your blood is carefully processed to concentrate the natural healing factors in your serum. No. You will receive an insulated transport package with a frozen cold pack to keep your serum tears chilled for the trip home. If you have a long drive (more than 1–2 hours), you may want to bring a small cooler with ice for additional temperature control.
Place most of your bottles in the freezer immediately after arriving home. Keep the bottle you are currently using in the refrigerator.
